Location: Kundurpi (Lat. 14°17‘36.1”N; Long. 77°01‘53.1”E) is situated 30 Kms away from Kalyandurg. The name is derived due to the local deity Kundurpamma.
Brief History of Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple:
This place was a seat of well-known Palegars of Koneti Naidu family who obtained Kundurpi from the Bijapur kings as a bribe for surrendering Penukonda. The Kodanda Rama Swamy Temple is Renovated Temple. A Large number of Panchalohas (Bronzes) have been kept inside the room in temple compound.
