Location: Sri Chennakesava swamy temple (Lat. 14°33‘26.2”N; Long. 77°34‘01.2”E) is located at a distance of 9 Kms from Ananthapuramu town and it can be reached by bus.

Brief History of Sri Chennakesava swamy temple:

       The temple belongs to the late medieval period of modern times and is situated in the midst of the village, facing to the west. It consists of Garbhagruha, Antharalaya, Mukhamandapa. The sanctum houses the idol of Lord Chennakesava. People from different parts of the locality visit the temple and devotees perform pujas to attain the blessings of the Lord for their problems in life. Elaborate functions will be performed during festival periods in the year.
